The megahit, one of the most popular anime TV series Naruto is back on Indian TV and will be aired on Sony YAY! in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Bengali, the channel has verified. The broadcast will begin on August 15 and the anime will state on weekdays from Monday to Friday at 8 PM.

The anime will make a return to Indian TV after preliminarily raising on Cartoon Network and Animax in the country. It isn’t known if Sony YAY! will dub the all episodes of naruto.

Sony YAY! aims to bring anime content to all age groups with multiple dubs to increase its reach to the millions. Leena Lele Dutta, business head of Sony Pictures Networks India, kiddies kidney, said the following about Naruto raising on Sony YAY!

“The popularity of anime is growing immensely in India. Our endeavour with Naruto is to take this popular series with the multilingual offering that will help satiate the demand for anime lovers as well as increase its footprint through localization. With Naruto Sony YAY! will cater to a larger audience in kids and young adults and further strengthen its leadership position.”

Naruto Hindi Plot

In another world, ninja are the ultimate power, and in the Village Hidden in the Leaves live the stealthiest ninja in the land. Twelve years earlier, the fearsome Nine-Tailed Fox terrorized the village and claimed many lives before it was subdued and its spirit sealed within the body of a baby boy. Moments prior to Naruto Uzumaki’s birth, a huge demon known as the Kyuubi, the Nine-Tailed Fox, attacked Konohagakure, the Hidden Leaf Village, and wreaked havoc. In order to put an end to the Kyuubi’s rampage, the leader of the village, the Fourth Hokage, sacrificed his life and sealed the monstrous beast inside the newborn Naruto.

Now, Naruto is a hyperactive and knuckle-headed ninja still living in Konohagakure. Shunned because of the Kyuubi inside him, Naruto struggles to find his place in the village, while his burning desire to become the Hokage of Konohagakure leads him not only to some great new friends, but also some deadly foes.
